I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser based in Chicago. I’ve been practicing in Cook and the collar counties since 2005, appraising detached and attached homes, condos, 2-4 unit properties and land for national lenders and private investors. I have extensive experience in high-value properties, new construction, renovation projects and complex appraisal assignments. I am FHA and VA Approved, and have completed over 8000 assignments in my career. While the lion-share of assignments were completed for lending purposes, I also have extensive experience solving non-lender appraisal problems such as Pre-Listing appraisals, Divorce, Estate Settlement and Planning, Retrospective Appraisals and Property Tax Appeals. I also hold a Real Estate Broker’s license in the State of Illinois.

 

I began my real estate career in 1994 as a small investor, purchasing and renovating 2-4 unit properties. I earned my Sales license in 1998, my Appraiser License in 2005 and was Certified in 2007. I earned the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2011 and am currently working toward the Residential Review designation as well as Green Building designations.
